Ayeni MD is an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at McMaster University. Dr. Ayeni completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency training at McMaster University. Following this, he completed 2 years of additional Sports Medicine Fellowship Training, at the University of Ottawa/Carleton Sports Medicine Clinic and then at the Hospital for Special Surgery/Weill Cornell Medical Center, New York. Also, in New York, he received dedicated training in Hip Arthroscopy under the direction of Bryan T. Kelly MD. In his first year of practice, Dr. Ayeni spent a month in Europe as a Visiting Fellow in Hip Preservation and Hip Arthroscopic Surgery at the Schulthess Clinic in Zurich, and at Orthopadische Chirurgie Munchen in Germany.
