Here are a handful of our go-to recipes that keep for up to a week in a mason jar. 1. Salted Chocolate Overnight Oats Ingredients: ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 1 pitted, chopped date ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract ½ tablespoon cocoa powder ½ cup oats 2 teaspoons chopped pecans 1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup Pinch of sea salt Directions: Mix the almond milk, date, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and oats into a mixture in the jar. Store overnight in the refrigerator. Top with pecans, syrup, and sea salt prior to eating. 2. Granola Parfait Ingredients: 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt 1 handful blueberries 1 handful raspberries 3 tablespoons granola Directions: Layer ½ cup of the yogurt at the bottom of the jar and top with blueberries and 1 tablespoon granola. Apple Pie For Two Ingredients: 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon nutmeg Pinch of sea salt 1 tablespoon almond butter 2/3 cup milk of choice ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup apple butter 1 large, diced apple ¼ cup golden raisins Directions: Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir in the almond butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Lightly stir in the apple butter, leaving some of the butter not completely stirred in. Divide the diced apple and raisins into the bottom of 2 mason jars. Divide the batter into the 2 mason jars. Microwave each far, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes. Let cool and enjoy !
