As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist my goal is to help you achieve balanced, whole body wellness through optimal nutrition. I believe that healthy eating doesn't need to be complicated and hope to inspire you to enjoy whole, natural, and nutrient rich foods. I look for nutritional imbalances in the diet as well as contributing factors from lifestyle, emotional and environmental influences. Each coaching plan is individually created to suit your specific needs whether your goals are weight loss, increasing energy, overcoming common digestive imbalances or just looking to eat a healthier, more balanced diet. I'm a graduate of the Natural Nutrition program at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Fitness and Health Promotion program at Algonquin College and a Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology - Certified Personal Trainer.
